Vanilla Bourbon Dessert Wine. Fig, plum, warm vanilla, and sweet bourbon.
Delicious dessert wine is elevated with sweet bourbon and vanilla aromas and flavours. A glass of this is the perfect after-dinner indulgence, or serve alongside a selection of dark chocolate truffles for a truly decadent treat. Serving a group? Incorporate into homemade tiramisu for added depth and flavour.

Chocolate Raspberry. Cherry, plum, sweet raspberry, and luscious chocolate.
This fan favourite is dessert in a glass - take it to the next level by making affogato. Place 2 small scoops of vanilla ice cream or gelato into a coffee cup, then pour in a shot of espresso and a shot of Chocolate Raspberry dessert wine. Top with shaved dark chocolate and a couple fresh raspberries.

Riesling Icewine Style. Peach, honey, sweet citrus, and marmalade.

Zinfandel Syrah is a new world blend particularly found in California.

Chardonnay Riesling brings together two of the world's most highly regarded white varietals in another distinctly New World blend. 
Fresh flavours of green apple and citrus lead this crisp, dry white, while a touch of untoasted oak adds dimension and mouthfeel without adding oaky flavours.
The fruit flavours give this instant mass appeal while the crisp acidity makes it perfect to pair with rich holiday dinners.

Colosso blends Italian favourites with one of the country’s hidden gems. Sangiovese, indigenous to Tuscany but planted throughout the country, is prized for it’s balanced acid and high tannin; it is one of Italy’s most important varietals and the backbone of famous wines like Brunello and Chianti. Primitivo is a key grape in southern Italy, know for producing bold, tannic wines with dark berry flavours. Nerello is a rare Sicilian grape mostly found in the volcanic soils of Mount Etna. Similar to a fine Pinot Noir, it adds depth to this already impressive blend.

Colosso, Italian for colossus, speaks to the powerful profile of this big Italian red. Heady aromas of cherry, jammy plum, and vanilla lead into a bold, fruity palate. Rich flavours of cherry, blackberry, and plum are accented with sweet baking spice, and layered with softer notes of raspberry, licorice, and dried herb. Big, velvety tannin is balanced with moderate acidity; giving great structure and a plush finish.

The ripe fruit and full body make this a good partner for rich dishes like ribs, roasted leg of lamb, bacon-wrapped tenderloin, or grilled sausage with fire roasted peppers and caramelized onions. Pairs with hearty veggie dishes like roasted root vegetables or eggplant parmesan. A plate of mature cheeses is always welcome.

Pinot Noir Rosé

Delicate aromas of red berries, melon and rose petal. Bright acidity and tangerine undertones accentuate the strawberry, raspberry and watermelon flavours of this crisp and refreshing rosé, while a light mineral note adds depth. Serve chilled.

An incredibly food-friendly wine, the lightness and fruit flavour make it a great option for everything from sushi to barbecue. Try it with roasted chicken, creamy pasta dishes, quiche with asparagus and gouda, or chicken tacos.

California’s diverse landscape provides plenty of cool climate locales for this delicate grape to grow and it is commonly planted in coastal regions or valleys where cool Pacific breezes and morning fog moderate the temperature. California Pinot Noir is known for vibrant red fruit flavours and bright acidity, making it a popular choice for rosé production throughout the state.
